Having the qualifications as a Sports and Musculoskeletal Physio, I’m able to solve the most complex cases with the goal of doing this in the shortest amount of time. I truly believe in understanding my clients and adopting a holistic approach which sees my clients walk away feeling heard, having more knowledge about their bodies and feeling better. It brings me so much joy getting clients back to enjoying all their body can do!

The main difference between a Sports Physio and a regular Physiotherapist is that a Sports Physio has specialist post graduate qualifications in Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Sporting injuries are different from regular injuries and a Sports Physio is experienced in treating both regular injuries and more complex biomechanical issues.

When you combine your knowledge of the human body and how an athlete needs to move, I really enjoy being able to solve biomechanical issues in all my active clients. I’d have to say I love treating Surfers, Runners, AFL players, Tennis players and Rugby players. However I love seeing athletes from sports such as Jiu Jitsu, Kite surfing, and boxing too!
